Default Question for Mr. Pendlay

Somewhere on the interwebz, it was said that Mr. Pendlay typically advises his lifters to consume the following to help with training and recovery:
  • Fish oil (lots)
  • Berries
  • Ginger powder
Are there any generalities about the amounts of these that you've found to work best? Not looking for a specific "prescription", of course. If there is anything I missed, please feel free to add it in.

I don't know how often he checks this forum anymore since he started his own. You might post this to pendlay.com for a faster answer.
