Snatch: ...65x2x2, 75, 80x, 70, 75, 80, 85x, 85, 90x (last lift was aborted)
C&J:... 95, 105, 110x (pushed the jerk out front)
Clean: 115x, 115x, 90x2, 90x3
PUs: 4
Some stretching.
Not a good day. Got my 'bomb-out' oly total again of last November of 190...
Wasn't lifting very well. Hips weren't coming through, and felt distracted by other things. Will be lifting heavy only on weekends for a while now, so shouldn't feel like my brain is sucked out by 9-5...

Have to remember not to cut my nails too short. Left thumb started bleed again. Also need to work on not gripping the bar too hard, and to keep it on the fingers...

Various Snatch triples (ie, PS,S,HHS) upto around 65. Then PS+S 70x2, 75x2 (missed second set's Snatch, but repeated). Feeling better in the hands, but still not coming off the hips properly...
PCPJx2+CJ: 70x2, 80x2 PCPJ + CJ: 90, 95 CJ: 100 (still working the jerk properly. cleans felt much better, much tighter in the back)
Back (pause) squats: ...100x3x3
PUs: 6,6
Abs, stretching.

Clean pulls (started from just below knee): ...100x5, 120x5
ABs. Stretching.
Was a bit scared on the 90+ snatches given what happened last Thursday. First 92.5 didn't even pull properly, missed out front. Second, pulled better, but lost balance at bottom of squat (came up on heels), which hasn't happened before... but arms locked out, so I feel alright.

(pause) BSs: 60x3, 80x3 (stopped because of pain in left calf)
PUs: 5
Felt a bit shabby for this workout, and didn't split well in the jerks. Left calf was playing up again in the squats... perhaps not stretching my hamstrings enough, as they felt pretty tight. Have a referral to a physio from a while back. Might just call it in now...

Practiced some Snatch Long Pulls... not very convincingly (testimony to a crappy third pull).
PS+S: 42.5x2, 52.5x2, 62.5, 72.5 (x missed the PS)
S: 75, 80, 80 (felt ok, just wanted some heavier weights...)
HHPS: 50x4x3 (...and some volume)
FS: 120x2x3
Abs. Stretching.
PUs at home: 9
Left calf still somewhat tender, but not hurting during the exercises... residual pain...
