Both calves feel a bit tight. No sharp pain though.

Abs. Stretching.
Need to learn to go light better, as this was meant to be a light session (too much volume).

Mid-Hang Snatch: 70x3x4 (missed the 2nd rep on the 2nd and 3rd set... felt heavy)
(pause) Back Squat: 110x3x3
Jerk Supports: 150x2x3 (a rep being around 2-5 seconds)
Deadlifts (with straps): 140x3, 145x3, 150x3
PUs: 7,8
Various ab, dumbell work. Stretching, focussing on hamstrings.

Jerk from racks: ...90, 100, 110, 115, 100x1x3, 105x1x3
PUs, Abs, hamstring and shoulder stretches.
Right arm a bit sore, at the top of the forearm, bicep and delt. I think it's partly due to the front squats, and bowling pace on the w/e.

Tweaked something in my right lower back. Quite painful even several hours afterwards. Will have to take it easy.

Front Squats: {50,70,90}x5, 110x3x3
PUs: 5,9
abs. stretching. have been stretching my hip flexors quite aggressively the last 48 hours... back was a bit stiff this morning and yesterday, but feels ok now... only went from 85 on the snatches because I missed that one behind... which always feels more like a form fault than 'not going to happen' lift.
