Short one... trying to limit what I stuck over my head as my arms were a bit shot.

Probably should stick to power snatches at this weight... was cutting the pull a bit.
Hand and shoulder a little bit beat up. Starting back on the fish oil and some icing. Stretching doesn't seem to be helping much.

Then, some light press work, good mornings, and some jumps. Stretching.
Felt a bit slow and tired today. Was going to try for 125, until I did 120. Will do Wednesday light, cut Thursday, and head in on Saturday again.

Hang Power Snatch x2 + Hang Snatch: 50x6 (with straps)
Stretching.
Working on the following cues: bringing bar right into crease of hips, elbows out, lats tucked.

I have quite a weak bench, hardly ever having trained it... am thinking I will throw it into the occasional workout as a change of pace...
