New total @ 195 (+7.5kg from a month ago)
Next week; bludging in the water, spa, sauna... then maybe a strength/power cycle...

Cricket match... 40 overs fielding at square leg and deep square leg (some running)
Legs tired, but no pain next day.
Tue 2 Nov '10
5 sets of {BS:115x5, PUs: 5}
Stretching.
Left calf aches a bit. Left quad at insertion point of knee hurt a little. Right hip got bruised from belt. Good to be back under the bar.

S+HighHS: 40x3x2, 50x2, 60, 65, 70(x missed S), 70(x missed HHS), 70, 72.5(x missed S). S: 65x2, 65x3. (worked on holding the bottom position in these: missed on to the left, and one to the right, very unusual... haven't been sleeping enough)
C&J: 50x3x3, 70x2, 80x2, 90, 95, 100, 100x2, 102.5x2, 105 (aborted second C after first pull: bar came away from knees), 90x2, 80x2, 50x2.
PUs: 8,9
Felt quite dizzy after this workout. Putting it down to not sleeping enough.

Felt a bit tired this morning, but better... slept better last nite, and had a nap after this WO... roll on weekends.
Been thinking something also, though not sure how significant it is. Basically, the weights I'm lifting are nowhere near my lifetime max... so time to stop being afraid of going heavy...
