Shrugs from rack - sets of 5 at 245, 255, 265, 275, 285, then 2 sets of 8 behind back at 245
Bench press 5x140, 3x160, 3x185 (5lbs more than intended, oops)
3 sets of 10 at 105
2 sets of 20-rep squats at 95
2 sets of 5 chin ups
1 20-rep set of dips
