2 days driving and a day job hunting makes the longest break from training I have had in a long time. Not sure what is going to happen but my computer broke so my updates on this log will be minimal

Is that hunting AS your day job? Or are you hunting for a day job? Listing professional hunter on your resume would be cool...

Hunting for day job, haha. I just dished out too much money to get my computer fixed. I 'll be reading shit again and update this log with things I think are worth posting.
Tried to workout this morning. Its going to be minimal as its cold and I have little equipment (I am squatting off a bench press in an unheated open garage). It also may fall apart if the guy who owns the weights comes and gets them. I need to get some straps, an ab wheel and figure out some feasible pulling motions in zero degree weather.
5×5 185,195,205,215(6x),185(6x)lb Squats – way hard.
5×5 135,145,155,165(6x),135(6x)lb Incline Bench
4×10 75lb FB Split Squats // BW Ring Dips
Carbs: Grapefruit (~40g)

Got on the mountain yesterday. It was pretty good, I'm rusty but its cool. Also hoping that I have the job/lift pass situation worked out. Trained today but the altitude, cold, or my attitude is seriously affecting my strength. Also got well hammered last night which didn't help
5x3 185,195,205,215,225 (5x)lb HB Squat - altitude, cold, attitude...I dunno but strength sucks.
3x10 135lb TUT Squats
5x5 145, 155, 165, 175(6x), 145(8x) FB Incline Bench
4x10 BW Ring Dips
3x10 135lb BB Rows // 20lb DB Rear Raises
Carbs: sweet tarts, banana (~60g)

5×3 185,195,205,215, 225(7x)lb HB FB Squat- felt muuuuch better. I used the FB out of laziness but kinda liked it.
4×6 BW, 10, 20(8x)lb, BW Ring Dips // 3×10 145lb TUT Squats
5×5 145,155,165,175(7x),145(7x)lb FB Incline Press – tweaked my shoulder cause I missed my improvised rack. fuck.
4×10 135lb BB Rows – start ramping these somehow.
DB Rear Raise – bothered my shoulder so I left them
Been getting dumped on. My legs are constantly worked but the skiing is good. Due to meet with a couple guys in the AM at Snowmass.

I hear you. I can't figure out how much its taxing me either so eating right is a challenge as well.

Went to Ajax at ~1015 and tried to meet up with some housemates to get a couple runs in. Had a GREAT day. Sunny, a little chilly, tons of snow left. Ran under Ruthies/FIS mostly and was tearing some good lines. Finished about 130 and got some training in. Work tonight, hope it goes better.
Training:
5x3 185,195,205,215(8x),185(8x)lb Snatch Grip Deadlift - probably do these like squats. if I can get some bumpers I'll forget the negatives and be set.
4x6 135,145,155(12x),135(12x)lb Pendlay Row
4x12 135lb BB English Row
3x10 30lb DB Curls
5x5 75lb FB Curls
Ab wheel
Carbs: who knows.

Another great morning on Ajax. I skied kristies a bunch, don't have the stamina to ace it yet but I was skiing well. Instead of jumping on Gent's Ridge, if you go just past it and into the trees theres a great glade with some bumps. Then take the gondola up and you have a pretty solid setup. Trained some squats today, not as great as last time but I spent the morning skiing.
Training:
5x3 195,205,215,225,235(4x)lb HB Squats
12,10,10 145lb TUT Squats
12,12,12 135lb Snatch Grip RDL
Ab Wheel
Work tonight, hope it goes well. The 'rents get here tomorrow so I'm excited for that.
