Worked up to 180#, short box so I did burpees instead
10,9,7,6,5 DB Press (De-load day) // 8,6,5,4,3,3 Weighted Pull-up
Worked up to 80# DBs and 90# Pull-ups
3x10 Resistance band Back ext // 50# Lung // BB Row // 45# Calf-raise
Shitty day, new partner was too wrecked to work out so I tried sneaking into the school gym with another buddy. Inevitably the manager saw, remembered, and busted me so I had to pay $7. Squats were back in front of a mirror and were shit. I did get to sauna and stretch afterwards.
