It describes the interplay of the EGF receptor and dietary lectins in autoimmune disease. I would also recommend reading the book Lights Out: Sleep, Sugar and Survival.
Basic things that help inflammatory conditions:
1- Plenty of sleep.
2- Low glycemic load diet.
3- Adequate fish oil intake. Clear this with your physician and pharmacist if you are on ANY medication.
