Default Sore hands. Anyone?

Been feeling some odd feelings in my left hand the few weeks.

Seems anytime I pick up a barbell or get into the rack position I feel this sore feeling in my hand.

This ever happend to anyone?

Thanks.

Odd nerve feels?

Might be because your nerves to your hands are tight? Where exactly is/are these feelings?

Google "nerve glides" (first link) and scroll down to the middle and do some... see how they feel

Possibly a strained flexor tendon?

is it one particular finger? tender when you squeeze the part that hurts with the other hand? or only when you pick up a barbell?

I've got a climbing injury that is giving me a fair bit of pain when grabbing heavy stuff at the moment..
