I see Catalyst Athletics has a nicely done warmup routine using stuff from Scott Sonnon's intu-flow and Thomas Kurz's Stretching scientifically protocol. My question is does Catalyst Athletics have any special cool down and or recovery routine.
Info about my training the last year. I started Crossfit last August but because of not liking the way the main site programming has gone I started the stuff from this site on monday. I have pretty good range of motion from doing intu-flow type stuff but my triceps and hamstrings are sore all ready from only 3 days of the Catalyst Athletics WOD'S.
Do you have a training partner? I found the best thing for my hamstrings was PNF stretching. Static stretching did practically nothing for me, but PNF stretching everyday quickly alleviated my hamstring issues.
Catalyst Athletics is a USA Weightlifting team of competitive Olympic-style weightlifters. We are currently recruting new lifters and offer sponsorship opportunities.
