Default Barefoot Resources

Not sure where to stick this one. Can't remember how I got directed to this site, maybe Conditioning Research?

Either way, this guy's got a ton of links on barefoot running, gait mechanics, mobility stuff etc. http://markyoungtrainingsystems.com/...efoot-running/

Worth a look.

Definitely interesting stuff on there. This is the site that most of the links direct to http://boddickerperformance.com/

I've only spent a couple of minutes on there, but he seems like an Eric Cressey and or Mike Robertson/Bill Hartman type.

Barefoot Ted of Born to Run fame's website is worth a look if you're into barefoot running -

Cool site Darryl. Definitely a good resource. Barefoot running is cool in that it's pretty self regulating, if that's the right term.

If you're running and feel pain, you go slower, and shorter distances. No pain = faster pace and eventually longer distances.

Gray Cook had a good piece on the subject at the end of a strength coach podcast a while back. Basically, that the body will let you know what's okay, and what's not.

Hey Allen, on Super Human Radio, Charlie Weingrof had some interesting things to say about flat feet.
