Great podcast. Garrett, you did an excellent job addressing the topic. I appreciated the possible mechanism of actions and the history of their consumption.
Garrett,
How long after a "nightshade" party does pain reappear? Is it the next day? The next training session? Also, is it a dose-response curve, where for some, a little okay, but larger doses and it becomes a problem?
Again, nice presentation.

Pat,
I can have symptoms show up in the middle of the meal I'm eating. For me, like DOMS, it peaks at 48 hours. Everyone is different.
It is a dose-response. Eating more results in more symptoms. Different nightshades can show different symptoms for some people (although they usually show some similarity).
Thanks, glad you liked it!
