The time off from the gym has done my left knee some good and it hasn't bothered me nearly as much as it was 3-4 weeks ago. Had a good workman-like session with no pain - always a good thing.
Snatch:
- 70kg x 2
- 75kg x 2
- 80kg 4 x 1 rep
Clean and Jerk:
- 90kg x 2
- 100kg 3 x 1
Very solid reps on the snatch and c&j.
Back Squat:
- 110kg x 2
- 130kg 3 x 3
Hope the knee continues to stay in good shape - I like training when it doesn't hurt.
