Blackout Curtains
Where do I get them? What are they? How do they work? Have you ever been in a Turkish prison?

if you want the cheapest and easiest method, just go to a fabric store. they sell white blackout fabric that you can just hang over your windows.
if you want some that actually look nice, the honeycomb shades are righteous, but not super cheap. i installed them in my own house after getting sick of always having a dark room.

Or when you live by yourself and don't give a crap that your room is a cave, you could duct tape aluminum foil over the window...

This method is good for keeping out the alien signals from getting into your brain too.....
Also acts as a woman repeller I've heard...

I was thinking of making my own black-out pajamas instead. I mean, if it's really the light hitting your skin that is the problem, all I need is a black-out ski mask, a sleep mask tp wear over that and black-out PJ's. Oh, and black-out socks.

I had a friend that did this. It got so hot when the sun hit it that it melted his blinds.
