Yes forgot about that, muscle memory, developing new neuronal connections between the brain and the muscle....There is just so much more to muscle than lifting weights.
Actually this morning before work I really studied the 5 exercises on the program for this afternoon, visualizing them. I will post one last video, 1 minute, of that series tomorrow, for I am doing 2 different series for the month, so no more videos after tomorrow I promise! (until I get better!)
Now it's time for lunch and I will post one more link on yesterday's High Intensity Intervals because I want to check on something! (if I have the time) 3 videos in all that's it.
