Ive been on 531 close to 2 years now and just recently moved to the 2 lift a week program Jim outlined in T-Nation (doing the powerlifting variant he described as well). Would think that split would be great for getting in strength work with the running in you would need as well. Maybe 1 day of hill running/prowler work and 2 other days of longer distance work.
