Cleaning up my act
Just caught a look at my gut in the mirror and god damn, I'm really starting to look like a fat person. So in an effort to lean out a bit or at least stop getting fatter, I'm going to cut down to 3500 calories and log my efforts here when I think of it (honesty). I'll start with today, god this is going to be bad:
2 jumbo hot dogs (800 calories)
Half pound bacon, 1 jumbo hot dog (fucking at least 1000 calories)
Frozen chicken pot pie (660 calories)
3/4 mikes frozen pizza (slightly over 1000 calories)
1.3l 2% milk (450-550 calories)
lays potato chips (who knows, maybe 400).
Total: just about 4500 calories. Not as bad as I thought, but the quality is terrible. Lets try to do better tomorrow.
Some 700 cal meal ideas:
7 eggs w/ 2 scoops whey
1 can beans, 1 can tuna, 1 tbs olive oil
1.3 litres whole milk

Total ~3200-3500.

2 whole wheat toast with peanut butter + 50g whey shake - 550-600cals
5 hot dogs, half can italian wedding soup - 650 cals
2 hotdogs - 200 cals
home made lasagna - dunno, maybe 500cals
half pound bacon - 1050 cals
1l whole milk - 640cals
Total : about 3600-3650. I'll switch my target to somewhere between 3500 and 4000 calories but never over 4000.

Going to be stricter about getting close to 3500. Just did some full rom parallette push ups and they feel just as easy as they did when I weighed 180 so that encouraging.

First, LOL at my food choices in the first post. Terrible.
So I've truly cleaned up my diet now. Oatmeal, skim milk, hard boiled eggs, and whey make up most of my diet, with 4 500 calories meals and one 1000 calorie meal before bed for 3000 total. Getting about 200-230g of protein a day.
I'm going to track my weight loss here. Its January 5th and I weigh 230.
