2 glasses of fresh orange juice (not from concentrate)

2 Hamburgers with cheese, eggs and a bunch of crap on them (buns included)
1/2 liter of Sprite with added lime juice

First cheat meal in a long while and I didn't even particularly enjoy it.

Snack
Some ice cream

1 kiwi

~200g ground beef
~150-200g peeled tomatoes
Some grapes
