There's 3 more rhabdo cases I'm watching right now which all went into hospital same day; one is an American Airborne Army infantry member, another a firefighter, the other a lass college student.

It's incredible to me that they make a note that people should be aware of rhabdo, and then when things happen, they don't really acknowledge it at the CFHQ level.

I mean, if I was running a company like CF, I would gradually nudge away from what had caused the workouts. I guess maybe they don't want to do an immediate about face after serious injuries (achilles tears, SLAP tears, rhabdo, and the very unfortunate post workout fatalities that have occurred).

You would think they would go back to a time when the workouts were largely just hard and ineffective, instead of stupid and dangerous.

I can't believe I wasted something like 2 years doing this crap.

I don't know if anyone's spotted this yet (or cares) but CJ Kim's been banned on CrossFit. It was only a matter of time really but it's a sad day all the same.

Banned for being the ultimate Glassman adherent?

CJ has been banned? That really is rather unfortunate. Right now I'm reading "Flashman and the Dragon", a rather good satirical historical novel, and CF reminds me of the Chinese Emperor being shielded from all reality even as the British and French were marching on the city...
