Is it the rebounding after a box jump? then coupling that with other posterior chain intensive exercises?

Not exactly sure, haven't spent much time on the achilles ruptures, should probably start looking in the messageboards next time- seem to be more frequent then rhabdo and slaps though.

Without reading, guess the crossfit caused injury...

you can see this one coming 4 months out. pay special attention to the exercises they put in these wods, they're prime slappers. the mashed shoulder eventually gives in playing tennis, continues to magnify into a slap through the months. 7.30 starts the slap
