Is it the rebounding after a box jump? then coupling that with other posterior chain intensive exercises?

Not exactly sure, haven't spent much time on the achilles ruptures, should probably start looking in the messageboards next time- seem to be more frequent then rhabdo and slaps though.
Without reading, guess the crossfit caused injury...
