The irony of it all.

Glassman accusing Siff of spending too much time in the classroom and not enough in the field. I guess that's better than too much time in the pub and not enough time in the gym.

Also, Glassman loves to bicker about spelling and grammar all the time. He still makes pretty dumb grammar mistakes himself.
