That's crazy because EVERYONE has known for a year now that there was going to be a swim. I think both of those guys are pretty amazing, but how could you not be prepared to swim 210m with a year of warning?
And what's with these bullshit squats where you use your hands to push off your knees to come out of the bottom of the squat?

That wod was also a rhabdo wod, I think most of these guys are prepared for the pullup numbers, but 1st of 10 events...

as much as it's fun to poke fun, this is hard to watch. bodies will be destroyed this weekend. the crossfit 'vets' look fatigued...what from i wonder?

I'm actually surprised those two guys weren't better at ocean swimming. It seems like they would have gotten familiarized with it when they went through the mock Navy SEAL course. Guess not though.
