The run was incredibly boring.
I think I finally get what CrossFit is trying to persuade us - that if you get tired, sweaty, make a lot of pain faces, grimace, breath heavy, etc., that that is the same as having an effective workout.

The people at the end weren't even walking briskly to finish.
These are the cream of the crop from regionals? The few regional vids I watched were exhibitions of terrible form.

I haven't been watching, but in all fairness running 3000m in soft sand sounds pretty brutal.

And, though it's only 210m, swimming in the ocean isn't a walk in the park if you haven't done it before. If it's your first time, it's going to be pretty rough.

I don't understand the L-sits that were not in the shape of an L had the knees up?
