Man fuck all this self-congratulatory bullshit.
"We are a different breed. We don't let an injury stop us. We just work out out [sic] weakness. Case in point. I am two month [sic] post op from a ruptured Achilles tendon."
First off, it's extremely narcissistic to go on about yourself when someone else makes a point. Secondly, there's no bonus points for working around weaknesses that you yourself created through retarded programming. Never being seriously injured is a lot cooler than doing one-legged WODs for 6 months.
Of course, I've barely trained in over a month because I've been going to the beach every chance I get, so maybe I just don't know where these exerciseaholics are coming from.

Saran is HQ's apologist. Bring up anything, the RRG, Glassman's entertaining habits, 'open source' questions and he's on it like a fly on poo.
One thing, is Saran the live-in cousin/attorney at Glassman's house?

This, minus the beach for me, is spot on!

"CrossFitters are a different breed for sure. My wife joined CrossFit with a broken wrist and last fall fractured her patella."
Would that be the breed of elite incoordination?
