I guess it only takes one time on the CF mainpage before they ban you from posting anything. And to think the only thing I said, which is now removed, is that Coach should have the stones to challenge Tony Horton himself if CF is so good instead of sending out one of CF's top athletes.

Yeah, it's not that hard to get ousted from the mainsite comments. I got the boot for saying that the gymless "affiliate" crossfit mom would be getting royally screwed if they paid affiliate fees. I'm guessing that since something as innocent as that got me banned and deleted they about crapped with your post

Yup, if you take a newbie time them in something like Fran, start training them in Crossfit and in 90 days they will have a better Fran time. Who would ever guess that training a new person would help them get better at whatever you are training them in? My Fran time went down while doing CF, but my strength was going no where. That was one of the reasons I switched away from doing a pure CF type workout to a more strength based one, I wanted to be stronger.
Plus I thought some of the WOD's and how the programming was being done was relly stupid.

I wasn't really sure where to put this, but I figured I'd bring it up in this thread.
Iowa football players get rhabdo http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=6058427
If a bunch of high level athletes get rhabdo from off season workouts, what the hell happens to soccer mom after 100 jumping pull ups?

It involved 100 squats with 240# or something like that.

Sounds like the new CF "goal" workout of 100 squats with bodyweight load.
http://www.crossfit.com/mt-archive2/004886.html
Similar to the old "15 OHS with BW", only much more dangerous to the system.
