Talking Starting a new exercise and nutrition program

Hello Everyone

I may be a beginner but I try to do my best!!!
I've just started a new exercise program, along with paleo style nutrition for the month of October. I already started posting pictures of the routines as well as a video of doing them, in all humility

So if you have any comment, or just want to encourage me just have a look or drop a comment, any critique, good or bad is always stimulating!!!!!

Hey Guy, congrats on your decision to go paleo and good luck with your endeavors. Just watch your form on those lunges. You're really rounding your back on some of those, and while you're probably not likely to get injured with that weight, it'll be better for you in the long run to forego the weights in favor of better posture.

This is good advice, I was trying to use 20lbs in each hand, but got more trouble for this...next time I will do it with no weights just body weight and concentrate on the form!

Yeah, I like the intensity and enthusiasm, and you are quite the chef. Just take your time on the workouts to really focus on form. Muscle memory is very real, so making a point to train form will pay off in the long run.

Yes forgot about that, muscle memory, developing new neuronal connections between the brain and the muscle....There is just so much more to muscle than lifting weights.

Actually this morning before work I really studied the 5 exercises on the program for this afternoon, visualizing them. I will post one last video, 1 minute, of that series tomorrow, for I am doing 2 different series for the month, so no more videos after tomorrow I promise! (until I get better!)

Now it's time for lunch and I will post one more link on yesterday's High Intensity Intervals because I want to check on something! (if I have the time) 3 videos in all that's it.
