Default Adaptive Thermogenesis

Energy restriction, exercise, and compliance are not always good enough to induce weightloss.

Great article, makes a lot of sense in our current world of endless summer. You get fat, your body thinks it's because winter is coming, so it regulates EE to sustain body fat so you don't starve during the winter. The catch is, winter (scarcity) never comes, so you just get fatter!

Neal, seems like you have to subscribe to the journal to read the article, or is there another way of accessing it?
