I have two questions. First of all, I seem to have injured my pec doing deadlifts yesterday. Is there a form issue that can cause this? Secondly, do anti-inflammatories such as Ibuprofen actually help to fix whatever is causing the pain, or do they simply suppress the pain? Probably a stupid question. Thanks ahead of time.
