Supplement Recommendations
Just wondering about some recommendations for the following supplements:
Fish Oil (odourless please)
Vit D
BCAAS
Protein
Looking at best bang for your buck if possible.
Thanks

A good diet will provide all the protein you need and ~15% of that protein will be BCAA's so supplementing with these is a waste of money. It may be necessary to supplement with fish oil and vitamin D if you're unable to obtain enough from diet and exposure to the sun but I'll leave it to others to recommend specific brands as I assume you're looking for a U.S. based supplier.

Costco - for fish oil and meat supplies.
If you want to protein powder (I won't judge) then True Protein.

Fish Oil (odourless please) - what I have been taking is Costco's Kirkland Signature enteric coated fish oil concentrate; Jarrow's EPA-DHA balance which is more expensive but I prefer it to Costco's ( http://www.iherb.com/Jarrow-Formulas...els/7929?at=0; Steven Low's coupon code at iherb is LOW052, mine is XOJ00). I've just ordered a couple of bottles of NOW Foods Super EPA to try though.
Vit D - Healthy Origins Vit D3, I think it's cheapest at iherb http://www.iherb.com/Healthy-Origins...els/21298?at=0
BCAAS - have used only one so far, but it's recommended by Martin Berkhan and tasty enough for me to not bother trying others: Scivation Xtend
Protein - unable to suggest as I live elsewhere

Ooh looks like a good deal Steven. I am jealous of you people living in the US!

I live in Canada and don't mind ordering from the US because I got a mailbox there for things like this.

Hmmm... guess Canada is close enough to the US so that shipping charges are still alright for you? I live in Asia so heavy things get really costly. Although I prefer to fish oil in liquid form to capsules, the glass bottles they usually come in are just too heavy and I'm also afraid they might break while being shipped.
Someone on the CF boards said Whole9 recommends OmegaMaine, which comes in aluminium bottles. High amount of EPA/DHA out of the total fish oil content, but I did some calculations (EPA+DHA per dollar) and it's very much more expensive than the liquids in the glass bottles!

I'll second the suggestions from others here, and for iHerb. I'll add that I use Jarrow's Formula for BCAA and also Natural Calm for a magnesium supplement.

Alicia i live in Singapore(must update profile)..i order all my supps from the US, from iherb, DHL postage is cheap and super quick, ive never had a glass bottle break.
I made a 5kg order yesterday in fact, postage cost under 20GSdollars.
I wouldnt buy any food/liquid in aluminium packages, for fear of it leaching in into the product, glass is best, most inert.
