Just started the intermediate program, from gregs book, last week. Its 2 weeks followed by an unloading week....
My question is- when starting from week one again, do I add 5 lbs to all my lifts from week one of the previous cycle?
For example- monday has 5x5 at 75% of push press. Since I dont retest a 1rm should i add 5 lbs every cycle?
