Just eat big post workout. I have seen a lot of success mixing cottage cheese, whey, nuts, fish oil, coconut, etc and two digestive enzymes in a blender and slamming that towards the end of my lift. One of the few things I have tried that seems to really help.
Edit: Just FYI that shake can have as much as 100g of protein. Most people say thats excess, but if you can digest it relatively quickly, which you can with the enzymes, I think it makes a difference. Also gets the fats emulsified and in your system faster.
