This is one of my favorite questions, though I always pose as "at-bat music" (in a baseball game).

Looks like I need to look up a couple of songs that I have never heard.

'what have i got?" by rollins band. that or 'on my way to the cage' by the same.

but only because i don't know of any song called 'greg is about to get his ass handed to him'.

speaking of that, passed renato sobral in the columbus airport yesterday. holmes looked like he stuck his face under the wheel of a moving truck.

'Summer Overture' - Clint Mansell (Requiem for a Dream).

On another note my favorite intro ever was the episode of the Simpsons where Homer becomes a boxer and walks out to face the reigning champ (straight out of prison) Drederick Tatum and his fight song is 'Why can't we be friends'...genius.

Any song by Rush, Journey, Tenacious D or of course "Hold On" by Wilson Phillips. That song always gets me pumped.

In fact.. I have to bust out with a chorus right now... he sings out loud at the top of his mighty lungs:

"Some day somebodys gonna make you want to
Turn around and say goodbye
Until then baby are you going to let them
Hold you down and make you cry
Dont you know?
Dont you know things can change
Thingsll go your way
If you hold on for one more day
Can you hold on for one more day
Things will go your way
Hold on for one more day...."

Now is that a prelude to a tap out or what!!
