Right on. I'm getting massage and possibly taping on Wednesday. I do work trade with a really amazing LMT who has worked with a lot of pro athletes, which is great, since she can identify injuries and solutions without telling me to stop lifting, squatting, wrestling or doing sit-ups.
After talking to the amazing Mr. Low, we think it may not be a bursa tear after all but possibly a stretched ligament or irritated cartilage/meniscus (from hyperextension) or a burst blood vessel. If I'm still limping in a week or two I'll probably get it looked at to make sure it's not a more serious meniscus issue.
Taking time off is gonna suck, but I'll do what I have to.
