A heavy one arm DB press from the bench or even the floor is nasty on it's own, if it's not nasty why not get a bigger DB?

I like this for one main reason that the scapulae(sp?) can move normally on the physio ball. Also one can transition from an inclined position to flat quite easily during the set. I find them to be "fun" in comparison to standard bench work. The core demands are legit...but not magic by any means.
