Good day today, even though I was pretty tight in my left leg.
Snatch 205# (PR) then backed down to 175# x 3.
C&J 250# (PR) then hit 215# x 3.
Pull-ups + 20# x 8/7/7
Hands are pretty fried.
Took a video of my 175# snatch. Looks a little better than a month or two ago:

Rough day. The doc hasn't worked on my leg for two weeks and I'm in need of a back-off week.
Front Squat 245# x 3 x 5. Pretty tough, but I made it.
Clean Deadlift 265# x 3 x 5. Not so fun after those squats, but not that heavy either.
Skipped snatch push press because I tweeked my shoulder yesterday. It's not too bad but my snatches on thursday mean more to me than my snatch push presses today would have.

Between the leg and shoulder acting up, my irregular sleep and my general unmotivation for working out forced me to start my back off week a little early. I'm guessing taking one every 3 weeks instead of 4 might be a better idea.
Snatched up to 175# then backed off to 155# x 2. No misses.
C&J'd up to 205# then backed off to 175# x 2.
Pull-ups x 5 x 2.
Experimented a bit with a wider squat stance. Felt like I was able to keep my hips MUCH closer to my center of gravity. All the hamstring stretches I've been doing are starting to make a difference.

Think I might be getting too aggressive on the stretching. 10 min. per leg per day is quite a bit.
Snatch Balance 135# x 3 x 2
Back Squat 205# x 3 x 2
Snatch Pull 135# x 3 x 2

I feel a lot better after taking a weekend off from stretching. Still in the middle of my back off week.
Snatch up to 175# then 145# x 2. Didn't have to use wrist guards for the first time in years! Wrapping them up seemed to work all right.
C&J up to 205# then 175# x 2.
Pull ups x 5 x 2.

Even though I haven't posted for 2 weeks, I did get in a couple of workouts. (I lost a bet, so I had to do some power lifting, etc.)
I also decided to switch from Everett's beginners lifting program to the intermediate program, so we'll see how that goes.
Snatched 145# x 2 x 3. Really trying to work on shrugging myself down rather than shrugging the weight up. Also focusing on my upper back extension.
Squat 245# x 3 x 5. With my new shoes I'm finding it a little more difficult to keep my weight back on my heels. I'm still only feeling the bounce on the right leg.
Clean Deadlift 275# x 5 x 3. Tough, but solid.
Push Press 165# x 5 x 5. Worked on keeping that upper back extended which seemed to make the exercise much easier.
Pull ups x 9, 7, 6. Pretty easy going.
I'm really having a hard time with my left knee. The chiropractor doesn't seem to be helping like he did before.

Light workout yesterday. Tried to work on quickness and shrugging down.
Took my time working up to 195# x 2 on snatch. Still getting used to shrugging down. Feels pretty awkward.
Worked up to 235# C&J then FS 245# x 2 x 2. Got a great bounce in those squats.

Been working through some injuries for the past two weeks.
Hit Snatch 8 doubles at 40. Felt good to finally get SOMETHING overhead.
Worked up to 90 for cleans.
BS 140.

Felt much better, but still have some ways to go in recovery.
AM: Snatched up to 70 for a few reps.
C&J up to 100, 95, 90. Then FS up to 120.
PM: Snatched up to 70 again, then backed down to hit some high-pull/hang snatches.
C&J up to 100. Felt much easier this time but didn't push it further. Backed down to get some clean doubles.
BS up to 120 for a double.

Finally started going heavy today after my back injury.
AM Snatch 90 and barely missed 95. CJ up to 100.
PM Snatched 95 for a PR. Mentally fried for CJ, but got 110.
