Question QUICK! partner beach workout idea?

unusual question here...

i'm going with my friend to the beach tomorrow

she says she wants to do some kinda 'exercise' there instead of going to the gym

can anyone help me out with a cool idea for a partner-WOD at the beach?

i've been looking around for something that would be intense and/or competitive for both partners despite very different fitness levels, maybe even optimized for the sand

don't own any sandbags or heavy objects, but could possibly find a big rock at di beach

i'm goofy at programming WODs for myself, probably more so for myself plus someone else. so i turn to you for help.

My favorite beach workout is, and this is crazy, frisbee. Or tossing a football around. Or swimming in the ocean.

Then scampering to a secluded area for more intimate exercise.
