Default Another GOMAD Question

Hey all,

I've had great results with GOMAD combined with see-food in the past. I went from 155-170 initially (okay so 170 is still light, but it's a damn sight better than 155) and plateaued around there. I'm starting again with GOMAD in a couple of weeks. However, due to job and other lifestyle changes, I find myself out of the house and generally away from refrigerators a lot of the time. Does anyone out there have any tips on hauling around a lot of milk with you? I suppose there is always the gallon-thermos . . . It's not that I'm picky and want my milk ice-cold all the time, I just want good ways to keep it from going bad.

Just curious

The only things I know are big thermoses or coolers or mini-fridge.

Kevin: Sure, have done it this way in the past when time is short. Long term it's not the most cost-effective thing. Though, I guess forking over for a gallon of milk every day isn't cost-effective to begin with. Heh.

Physics says that the time taken to change temperature is proportional to the mass of liquid, so take a large amount with you and it will stay cool for longer. Alternatively just drink it warm because it won't go septic in a day
