Default Ramp Up

Anyone have a suggestion or cycle that I might try when resuming training after a 1-2 month layoff due to injury?

I actually don't care for 5/3/1 myself, but that's fool proof to work your way back up.
And if you don't think kettleball squat cleans are difficult, I say, step up to the med-ball
