I want to try to make potato bread, in my breadmaker however the recipe calls for potato starch which I have been unable to find. Can I use corn starch in its place (the same 3 tbl) and will it change the taste noticeably?
Most of the Chinese grocery stores near me sell potato flour or potato starch, which are essentially the same thing, but if you don't have any Chinese grocery stores near you you can buy it online from amazon - link.
