Default Girth Control - Alan Aragon

Has anyone read Alan's book Girth Control? I know he's a hard core Paleo basher but after perusing around his website it is hard to totally dismiss him. He seems to be very diligent about being research/science based and making sure to use human studies. At $55 dollars and with no return policy I am hesitant to buy it unless it's really good and accurate.

Alan Aragon, Lyle McDonald, James Krieger and that's pretty much it. Martin Berkhan too. They're all good, and the only people I listen to on nutrition anymore.

I know Aragon was supposed to be working on a 2.0 version of Girth Control, but I don't know if he ever did it or if that's what's listed on his site now.
