Default Great video, Here is a list of foods in paleo diet to add

Thanks Hank for sharing the video. I feel paleo diet is here to stay. It's diet which has various health benefits apart from just weight loss.
Here is a paleo diet food list which my doctor has told me to refer for selecting the foods for my daily diet :

Foods we should eat :

.Nuts and seeds
.Healthy fats.

You should avoid any dairy products. starches and alcohol is big no no.
