Default this is a completely serious question

How can I box squat without sitting on my balls?

My knees have been feeling messed up lately, and I tried switching to box squats but that pain is even worse than my knee pain.

Chris-

I've never experienced this exact problem, but my post was intended to be serious. I have "racked" myself pretty good attempting a clean before (pun fully intended), and I switched to boxers that held everything a little closer. It solved the problem. Sorry if this isn't helpful advice.

Hehe actually I squeezed my balls yesterday while snatching WITH compression gear. Not exactly the perfect 1st pull

As Greg says compression gear would work.
