Default snatch grip

currently helping others learn the snatch.
Im trying to find exact ruling on the minimum width a person can hold the bar for the lifts. I know that in powerlifting you are not allowed to hold the bar past the inner learning. Is there any ruling as such for the olympic lifts. Looked on the IWF and USAW but nothing that I could find there.

One of the females that im training is short and finds it more comfortable to hold the bar inside the 2nd knurling on the rouge bella bar. At the moment she is comfortable here and I want to move her out eventually but wanted to know if there is actually ruling to say that the grip must be outside the outer knurling.

As far as I know there is no rule that dictates grip width on any of the lifts.

You can get a free rule manual on the IWF site (www.iwf.net) to check.
