I posted up a video a while back of my power snatch and got some helpful feedback.
I was going for a new c&j PR a few days ago, I got 105 and then tried it a second time and missed. So I'm posting up a video (in slow motion) of the clean on the second attempt (miss) - form is a little shaky, and so are my knees coming out of the hole since I had just finished attempting a new snatch and c&j PR.
Any constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated!
