If I could manage to work a plane ticket for $60 like I got round trip for Canada I would take you up on your offer!

Our friends had the Mastercraft 180, the others had a 205. We were the only Ski Sanger owners in the group. Now there's a couple Nautiques. I preferred the way the Sanger and Mastercraft handled though.

The water looks great and the kids look like they're having a blast.

Nice score on the $60 roundtrip. Check Allegiant Air if they are anywhere near you. I have friends that fly it to FL all the time for $39 each way. Ridiculously cheap.

June 4 Thursday

D W/U

Wall Slides

Foam Rolling

6 Minutes of RKC Armbars

Press 45 X 5, 65 X 5, 85 X 5, 95 X 5, 110 X 7 (this felt really heavy today and I found out why a little later)
P/U 4 X 5

BB Curl N X 15, W X 15, R X 15

Diesel shoulder routine, 3 rounds of

30 LB DB Press 8, 8, 12
Hindu Push Ups 8, 8, 8
20 LB Posterior Flyes 8, 8, 8

Hammer Time with some extra made up movements.

I think that is all I did. The rest of the morning kind of fell into a fog. Apparently my blood sugar crashed on me. I didn't feel so spiffy so I grabbed a protein shake and ran upstairs to take a shower. I got out of the shower and I was starting to get tunnel vision. I got dressed and went downstairs and grabbed half a bagel and slathered it in peanut butter. It was an onion bagel. Really odd combo of flavors but I didn't care and just downed it. At that point I started to get a ton of floating things across my vision and next thing you know I am sitting on the ground with my head in my hands not moving for about 15 minutes.

Luckily my wife was going to the airport this morning so she drove and I sipped on a coke as I rode to the airport. By the time we said our good byes my vision was back to normal and all I had to show for this little episode was a headache. Yuck. I still don't feel right.

That sounds rough. Did you workout fasted?

If I hit a fasted workout these days I crash hard like you described.

I hope you start feeling better and can shake that headache.

I only drank half the coke about 8 oz's and it was half a bagel. That was the first processed carbs that I have had in 10 days min. I really didn't know what else to do. I haven't had that happen in a long time so I have no idea why or what brought it on. I was fasted but I am always fasted when I workout so once again not sure what happened. Still don't feel exactly right and I have been eating small amounts of good food all day.

Well lets see what happens tomorrow.

Still not right it is almost like a long hangover. The faintest trace of a headache and just general malaise. I wonder if I have a sinus infection that could be the root of all this. I have been all over the country and my allergies have been bugging me. This morning I had a green snot ball, that yucky colored green but I don't have a runny nose or any of the other usual symptoms.

D W/U

DL 45 X 10, 135 X 5, 185 X 5, 235 X 5, 255 X 5, 295 X 5 (just get in get the weight and sets and get out)

GM 45 X 5, 105 X 12 X 3
Pistols 4 X 3

Partner 20 LB Med Ball S/U + Throw 20 X 3 (I was trying to knock him off my feet each throw)

T G/U S/U 16 KG KB 5 (each arm) X 3

Done and done. I ate a banana with peanut butter immediately after so lets see how I feel now.
