My mobility is coming back fully but I am definitely not right yet. Still quite painful no matter where I move. Hoping that this is fading away...
I am really interested to see how I feel tomorrow. I am going to try and do some squats and DL's tomorrow just to get the movements going again.
This has been a larger struggle to come back from then I had planned. I think part of it is that I am busier this month then I have been in over a year. That combined with the physical problems is probably what is going on.
