One last thought. When your wife is 19 days out from a Figure Comp it is amazing how tight your diet becomes. I am about as dialed in as I have ever been before. Mainly because she looks so good and it doesn't look good for me to stand next to her shirtless It also doesn't hurt that all the normal temptations (read beer) are absent from our fridge. I have one beer hidden in the back of the fridge behind a pile of spinach and broccoli for emergency purposes only!

It's one of those mini-kegs isn't it?

Sadly no... I almost busted it out last night. Major stress with the competition coming up and Tracy dealing with being a female. We are making it though!
24 April 2012 Ran with Jr. We took the dogs and did a nice 1 mile run. Unscripted and totally just for the heck of it. We talked the entire way.

26 April 2012 Thursday PM
Got home from South Florida in time to pick up Delaney from school and Jr from the bus stop. Not something I normally get to do. It was great to be there for them.
Delaney asked that we go for a run. Who am I to say no... So we ran .5 miles and than took the dogs on a nice 1 mile walk. In the last 6 days I have run once with each family member. I think they all most have some plan worked out I don't know about to make sure I am getting enough cardio... You know it isn't paranoia if they really are planning behind your back Pretty
Arien you are correct these are the absolute best moments.
