19 May 2012 Saturday
Impromptu 1 mile run to pick up my truck from the service department.
BJJ All Levels: Same exact class as last night. I had some good movement and trained harder than I had planned when I started.
Feeling a little run down right about now...

22 May 2012 Tuesday
AM: Hotel Workout! Booyah. Well it wasn't really that exciting. Band work and push ups.
PM: BJJ All levels at BJJ United in Jenkintown PA. Prof Jared Weiner is a Team Lloyd Irwin Black Belt and it was some kind of heavy duty training. I grappled 3 rounds with all big purple belts and sat out one round. Then Prof Jared said go one more round with a purple belt named Harold. I was able to pass and get a sub right away. Prof said again I did it again. Well he kept yelling for me to attack and I did. I ended up subbing this dude 5 times in a 6 minute round. We reset to standing every time. Loads of fun and I trained a lot harder than I had planned on.

Yep actually in Willow Grove and drove over to Jenkintown to train. Traffic is horrible on 611 just saying.

Motel, Hotel, Hampton INN... Another workout in my room. Lots of fun stuff. Probably the most creative thing I did was RFESS Banded with my hands locked out overhead. I actually got my HR up and a pretty decent workout in this morning.

Banded RFESS sounds either badass or really awkward. Perhaps both, with a dash of R rated.

I have fond memories of hanging out in Willow Grove Mall, playing Magic: The Gathering in the comic book store. And trying to buy copies of Optic Nerve. Man, I feel old.
