Putting on Weight...When can I see some Strength Increase?
I've recently went from 190lbs to 200lbs in over a 2 month period. My lifts have gone up...Previous PR on clean was 252lbs (December) that went up 264lbs (Jan) and I PRd 274lbs last week. Is this a good progression with the weight gain. I'm still a noob at this...lol. My snatch and jerks are limited due to my rotator cuff injury. I've been slowly able to do light weight on both.
I hope I don't sound like some spoiled kid....I know that weight gain will help strength gains...but for the extra 10lbs I was expecting more I guess.
